| She feels lucky to be working with the great acting coach, Anthony Abeson, in New York City right now. They are working on a show right now called "Your Eyebrows Are Too Jersey" -a satire on show business. The show had a great response in July and because of those sold out shows, they will be doing more shows starting on January 29th. Her recent film projects, include a NYU short film called "Women" with director George Kunhardt as well as "Pear Me Up, Buttercup" and "Third Date" with Goldilocks Productions starring Billy Smith from "The Departed." "Third Date" has been received well and is being pushed for film festivals. She went to the Sundance Film Festival to promote and market this film in January and it's being shopped for a feature. "Pear Me Up, Buttercup" was recognized as one of the top films at the 48 Film Project and went onto win the "Best Direction" award. In addition to film, she studied Shakespeare and acting in London with James Roose-Evans and worked professionally with the Murder On Us Theatre Company as well as the acting troupe named Actors Project NYC. Other independent film work includes "Life, Love, Loss" with TRPP Studios and "Second Wind" with Silva Screen Productions. As long as there is a stage or a camera, she hopes to never stop acting! Whether you are in the Boston area or the New York City area, please do not hesitate to contact her! |
